What do I do if my email and password is incorrect?

First, try to reset your password – click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions. If you do not receive a password email within 5 minutes, please check to be sure you are using the correct email. A correct email is either one that you have used to register as an attendee for a VMX or an Institute event.





Enter your email address and click Continue:



You will be prompted to check your email.

In the email, click Confirm Password Change:

Enter new password, click 'Reset Password':

You will get a Password Changed confirmation. Click "Back to VMX Registration":

You will land here. 

Sign in to your NAVC account using your email and new password.
