What if I am having issues viewing reports, etc. on my VetFolio practice admin account?

If you are having any issues with your practice administrator account with things like viewing reports, please ensure you are using one of the browsers we support. The only browsers that support VetFolio are listed below:


Web Browsers

-We support the current and the previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers. This currently includes Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer. Each time a new browser version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version.


Mobile Browsers

-Current and previous Android versions

-Current and previous iOS versions


We also would like to make a special note that certain features are not available with admin/manager roles with Microsoft and Internet Explorer.
