In support of a request for extended time on a time-based exam, the learner will provide documentation of their diagnoses and their effects on test-taking in the form of a doctor’s letter or a statement explaining her history of informal classroom accommodations for the stated disabilities; and certifies that they still needs extended time due to their disabilities.
