Click the Sign In button on the top right.
You will be prompted to sign in. Please use the email you registered with, and if you know your password, enter it. If you do not remember your password, you may use the option to email yourself a code ( this has to be the email you registered with). Do not click the button more than once.
This will open your CE information. You may only have one certificate listed but if you have multiple please follow the directions below for retrieving.
If you only have your All Access Certificate and no OnDemand session, please follow the instructions below. If you have OnDemand Sessions, you will need to download each certificate for submission.
To access your Record of Participation(list of sessions you attended), scroll further down on the page to see the Record of Participation.
