What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy for VMX?


Flexible Cancellation

We understand that COVID-19 is impacting travel plans throughout the world. We remain positive that VMX will go on as planned, but we want to assure you that you can register now with minimal risk.

Please note that due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, VMX will transfer VMX Live in Orlando registrations to VMX Virtual passes and provide all applicable refunds, should the on-site event be canceled. If you decide to not attend the live event, based on concerns around your health or travel, there will be a nominal cancellation fee of $65 before May 3.

*NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds). This fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
**A registrant who wishes to transfer a registration to another person must do so in writing. Registrants who do not have this documentation will be required to pay the full registration fee. Transfers may also be done on-site provided the registrant canceling has not checked in and has not picked up their event materials. NAVC reserves the right to deny transfer of any registration in its sole discretion.
