Do I need to pre-register for General Sessions, Industry Breakfasts/Lunches or Evening Sessions?

VMX Registration includes all general sessions and they are open to all paid attendees.
Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
If sessions you wish to attend reach capacity, you can still tune in. Simply scan the QR code displayed outside the session room to join the livestream from your phone using any headphones you bring from home. Next, head to the Expo Hall where we have a comfortable place for you to sit inside the Virtual Learning Lounge. Inside the Virtual Lounge, you can also tune in to the big screens for some sessions by scanning the code beside the session you wish to watch. You can also sign in to the app and watch it onsite on the NAVC Events App.
Please note: This is a quiet lounge, and you must bring your own headphones to tune in to sessions. Guests, children and babies are not allowed in the Learning Lounge. We do offer a parent room you can use and stream through the app.

All Industry breakfasts/lunches and evening sessions are on a first-come basis. Once capacity has been met, they will not allow attendees to enter the room.

Workshops, Meet the Professor lunches, Master Classes, and Tours are paid electives. These are not included in general registration and require an added fee. Please click here to view electives.

Please note: Guests, including minor children and infants,  are NOT allowed into any scientific sessions.
